Osy Chijioke Kamalu's specialty/expertise as a valuer is in plant & machinery Asset valuations. His valuation experience cuts across, Fixed assets, floating assets, plant & machinery, aircraft, Oil/petroleum installations, Vessels/rivercraft, and Production plants. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers, a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor(RICS)

Engr. Nkem Ifeoma Osy-kamalu

Technical/Senior Partner

Engr. Nkem Osy-Kamalu have substantial professional experience in Civil and Construction engineering, havingworked with Multinational companies and successfully supervised and managed billion Naira challenging projects (from tendering-planning and construction) completing them successfully with efficiency and quality. Equipped with expertise in various latest engineering tools and methodology, project cost evaluation techniques and ability to negotiate, she has achieved cost effective and sustainable solutions for the organization she worked with. She has efficient communication skill to present her points precisely to listeners. She is head of our Facility management unit. Presently, Engr. Nkem is a registered Engineer, a Cost engineer and a plant and machinery valuer.

OLATUNJI, GEORGE F

Head of Assets Valuation

George F. Olatunji, Associate Partner is vast in Valuation. He started his career with Rotimi Ola & Co. He joined our Firm over 12 years ago, He is a member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers. He has headed our Agency and management departments and is presently the head of assets valuation. Mr. George's experience covers all the major aspects of valuation, specializing in Floating Asset Valuation. He is a registered Surveyor/Valuer and an Associate member of Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers

Emenike, Akudo Glory, a Partner of the Firm, is a seasoned Professional and a Member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyor and Valuers (NIESV) She holds a BSc Degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun State. She started her career in the real estate sector with Messrs.' Osy Kamalu & Associates. Miss Emenike has passed through training in all the departments of the Firm and has been, for the past 8 years, the Head of the firm's Business development unit and marketing. She is a registered Surveyor/Valuer with the Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria and an Associate member of Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers

Mrs. Chizoba N. Odoh

Head of Investment and Strategy

Aroh Chizoba Nkiruka, Associate Partner is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, with B.Sc. in Estate Management. She acquired her career direction from Obi Ude & Co. before joining Osy Kamalu & Associates. She has over 5years experience in Real Estate and is currently heading the Investment and Strategy Department in the Firm. She is a Chartered Financial and Investment Analyst. She is a Registered Surveyor/Valuer and an Associate member of Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers
